1. AI-Driven R&D Efficiency Strategy & Execution: Lead the effort to leverage LLM/AI Agent technologies to optimize organizational workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-assisted coding, intelligent Code Review, AI-driven test case generation & regression analysis, intelligent fault diagnosis (AIOps), and AI-assisted requirements analysis & documentation, aiming for a qualitative leap in R&D productivity.
2. AI-Native Platform Development: Design and build the next-generation AI platform, encompassing CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, release systems, and environment management. AI capabilities will be designed as native components of the platform, not simply bolted on.
3. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage and empower a technical team. Define the team's technical roadmap, foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, and enhance the team's depth in AI engineering and productivity domains.
4. Results-Oriented Execution: Take ownership of key R&D productivity metrics (e.g., lead time for changes, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR). Identify bottlenecks in the R&D process using data-driven methods and collaborate with various business lines to drive the implementation of improvement plans.
