In this key role, you'll be responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and execution of all our national and international events – from large trade shows and exhibitions to webinars and in-house customer events.

You'll work in a data-driven manner to measure the success of our events, ensuring that each one is optimally utilized for both internal and external communication.

One of the highlights will be planning and executing our presence at </span><b style="font-size: 11pt;">FIBO 2026</b><span style="font-size: 11pt;">.</span></div></br><b>Your position in our team</b></br><li><b>Strategic Planning & Budget Management:</b> Develop an annual event strategy in alignment with marketing and company goals, along with responsible management of the event budget.</li><li><b>End-to-End Event Management:</b> Concept development, planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events, including:</li><li>International and national trade shows and exhibitions (e.g., FIBO 2026).</li><li>Webinars and digital events.</li><li>In-house events.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Close collaboration and alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, product, management) and external partners (e.g., stand builders, agencies, service providers).</li><li><b>Content Coordination:</b> Align exhibition appearances, presentations, and event content to effectively convey our messages.</li><li><b>Communication & Optimization:</b> Maximize the use of events for internal and external communication purposes (e.g., press releases, social media content, customer retention)</li><li><b>Success Measurement & Improvement:</b> Data-driven analysis of event performance, creation of reports, and derivation of measures for continuous improvement.</li><li><b>Forward Thinking:</b> Proactive identification of trends and opportunities in the event sector to increase efficiency and impact.</li></br><b>Your Profile</b></br><li><b>Experience:</b> 5+ years of relevant professional experience in event management, ideally in a B2B environment or a fast-paced corporate setting.

Experience in planning large-scale events is a plus.</li><li><b>Language Skills:</b> Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are mandatory.</li><li><b>Organizational Talent:</b> Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and to prioritize in a dynamic environment.</li><li><b>Hands-on Mentality:</b> A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and the willingness to tackle operational tasks yourself.</li><li><b>Communication Skills:</b> Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely.</li><li><b>Data Affinity:</b> Analytical mindset and experience in data-driven event management for success measurement and optimization.</li><li><b>Team Player:</b> A collaborative personality who enjoys working in a team and inspiring others.</li><li><b>Travel Readiness:</b> Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for event execution.</li></br>
