About the Role:

As our Senior Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our CEO and our Chief of Staff in ensuring that we’re maximizing our company’s global efforts through exceptional administrative support. You will take on significant responsibility at an exciting stage of growth with us, and become a trusted confidant to our executive team over time.

We’re looking for someone who is highly proactive, resourceful, and pleasant to work with—someone who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter how big or small the task. You must be able to  handle multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges, and stay poised under pressure — taking it in stride and keeping things moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative aspects of our Executive Team’s needs in an efficient, effective and professional manner.
  • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - our Israeli and US team members, clients, investors, vendors, ecosystem partners, etc.
  • Oversee meeting coordination from sending invites, scheduling catering, securing meeting spaces, confirming participation and follow-up correspondence in complex schedules with multiple time zones.
  • Manage international travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels, dinners and transportation.
  • Organize CEO/Company led events - book fun venues, manage participants list, agenda, etc.
  • Play a role in ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the team, especially when we have shifting priorities of meetings and delays and making everyone feel important and seen.
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization as needed to ensure smooth execution of key priorities. 
  • Coordination of calendars with multiple timezones, locations, and align with her Personal Assistant.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant. 
  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew - Must.
  • Always 2 steps ahead, seeing potential problems before they occur and solving them in advance, aiming for the best positive solution for all.
  • Mastery of skills in working on a MacBook, Slack, Google calendar, Google Suites, and ChatGPT/Gemini. 
  • Independent with a proactive approach, can make decisions independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Event planning and management experience is a plus
