The annual base salary for this position ranges from $86,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $171,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. Information about benefits can be found here. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Our Senior Footwear Product Testing Analyst will work as part of the Footwear Product Testing team, collaborating with fellow analysts to support aligned testing execution and consistent methodologies.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams including Footwear
• Developers, Designers, Product Line
• Managers, Sports Marketing, Athlete Concepts, and Materials
• Development (Sustainability) to deliver product that performs on and off the field.

You will also work directly with Athletes*, consumers, and external partners to gather meaningful, timely feedback, and collaborate with global Footwear Product Testing teammates on prioritized Energy initiatives. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Senior Footwear Product Testing Analyst to join the Footwear Product Testing team supporting Energy‑driven footwear initiatives based in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports fast‑paced, highly visible footwear projects tied to athlete moments, cultural relevance, and consumer storytelling. In this role, you will contribute to footwear testing execution across multiple projects, ensuring products meet Nike’s standards for fit, performance, and Athlete* experience.

You will operate in environments where timelines are compressed and priorities can shift quickly, requiring adaptability, sound judgment, and • strong communication. As a senior individual contributor, you will support testing strategies, execute test plans, and synthesize Athlete* feedback and quantitative data into clear insights that inform product decisions.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners and global testing teammates, contributing to testing excellence while continuing to grow your technical and professional skillset. What You

• Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Consumer Science, Exercise Science, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• 3-5 years • experience in a professional working environment; • experience in footwear, product testing, development, marketing, engineering, engineering, retail, athletic, or customer service industries is preferred Understanding of footwear components, materials, and inline production processes is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers Experience with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with spreadsheet databases and statistical analysis procedures Ability to physically lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds Passion for sport is a plus Must have a functioning and insured car capable of carrying up to 30 pairs of shoes, enabling majority travel (up to 80% of time) within the LA and surrounding area to meet with testers Due to the nature of the work, connecting with Athletes* and consumers face to face, there will be times where you will need to work outside of traditional working hours (specifically weekends and evenings).
• Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the year WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON You will support and execute footwear product testing activities for Energy‑driven launches and Athlete moments.

You will help plan and conduct wear‑testing, coordinate Athlete* participation, and ensure timely and accurate capture of qualitative and quantitative feedback.

You will share insights to cross‑functional partners, helping teams understand Athlete* needs and product performance in real‑world conditions. Your work will support informed product decisions while balancing testing rigor with the speed required for Energy timelines.
