As our Fullstack Engineer, your primary goal will be to drive the technical execution of our app.
You will achieve your goals by ensuring excellent tech execution aligning with business objectives.

Optimize for Business Impact: always make the rational technical choice to maximize speed, MVP and impact.
Deliver at scale: Execute the product roadmap efficiently, ensuring quality, speed, and continuous improvement.
Profile
Tech Leadership: Proven experience preferably in Consumer Tech or AdTech, with a minimum of 5 years
Pragmatic: Ability to make strategic, pragmatic decisions at critical moments to ensure the company’s technological needs are met efficiently
Back end: Strong experience in Ruby, System & software architectures.
Front end: Strong experience in Rails, Vue.js (or another front framework).
Infra : An experience in Infra / DevOps is a plus

Hands-on : Maintaining a strong technical vision while remaining very operational.
Business-Oriented: Make the bridge between the tech and product, while keeping the end users in mind
