This Senior Producer role offers a unique opportunity to lead teams and work across the company on one of the most influential games the world has ever seen, Pokémon GO, as well as to lead groundbreaking experimentation with new technologies. We’re looking for a bold and innovative Senior Producer to lead the development of new features that will impact the lives of millions of players, as well as prototypes that demonstrate the promise of the future. You will help steer your Team's roadmap to keep players engaged all year-round, drive cross-functional teams to find new ways to delight our users, and encourage players to go out and explore the world!

Responsibilities

• Lead a Cross-Functional Team of engineers, designers, artists, and product managers to articulate a compelling vision and bring large scale new features to market.
• Work with a cross functional team to drive AR concepts through conceptualisation to prototype to reality.
• Shepherd experimental products; driving alignment with multiple internal and external collaborators and partners.
• Drive the operational aspects of game production including development processes, production planning, status reporting, risk management, and testing.
• Lead communications and planning across internal company leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, navigate approval hurdles, and effectively deliver a cohesive end product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
• Required in-office 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as an AR/XR product leader
• You are well-versed in working with innovative AR/XR technology and hardware / headsets.
• You have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of AR/XR content creation.
• Experience producing a mobile game.
• You have worked on a team that has shipped large scale projects through a complete development cycle, ideally on mobile platforms.
• You are able to demonstrate extraordinary organization, communication, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.).
• You are able to leverage data to drive product decisions
• You have broad experience in, and a deep understanding of various development methodologies, and have a proven track record of improving your team's efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate optimally through written and verbal communications, including asynchronous interactions with others.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $175,300.00 - $205,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
