  • Job Title: Senior Global Print Producer
  • Job Summary: This role oversees the execution of program and project strategies, manages individual projects, ensures all projects are supported across the Production team, and mentors print producers.   
  • FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt

What you’ll do

  • Work from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements.
  • Reduce production delays and errors by managing detailed schedules, budgets, overseeing vendor execution, and ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Accelerate Speed to market by optimizing workflows, aligning production milestones with cross functional timelines, and proactively removing roadblocks.
  • Prepare workforce projections and budget estimates based on a summary of labor hours and material costs for each job.
  • Apply advanced principles, theories, concepts, and strategic thinking of print production including new technologies/finishes.
  • Ensure global consistency by applying and evolving best practices across print touchpoints and mentoring junior print producers on execution standers.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and drive for continued improvement.
  • Collaborate and support team initiatives around strategy, sustainability, and quality.
  • Oversee the daily project work of global print production and identify areas of success and opportunity for improvement.
  • Partner closely with the Manager, Global Print Production and the Sr. Program Manager/Strategist to drive continuous improvement to processes and execution of projects.
  • Supports the Manager, Global Print Production in level loading projects across print producers, ensures consistency in execution across the team and supports training where needed.
  • Build production knowledge across the team by documenting workflows, coaching others, and contributing to internal training efforts.               

               

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of relevant print production and print industry experience or demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of print production, color management, vendor relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ERP and Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel at least twice per quarter domestically, and at least once internationally for a variety of press check and vendor management needs.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $114,500.00 - $135,000.00 per year. The full range is $114,500.00 - $171,800.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
