  • Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance to coordinate equity workstreams and support event-driven items such as option exercises, tax inquiries, program modifications, and the 409(a) valuation process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the equity function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to equity participants and cross-functional partners. Field ad hoc inquiries, educating employees on their equity grants, and staying current on relevant laws and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency with equity administration software (Shareworks experience preferred) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability. Able to gather and summarize data, troubleshoot administrative issues, and maintain a high standard of accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Highest level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential compensation and equity information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the poise, tact, and positive attitude needed to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex global environment, managing competing priorities while staying innovative and solutions-oriented.
