We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Hacker to pioneer our direct to patient engagement. This is a unique, greenfield opportunity to leverage our strong brand and exceptional technical team to craft and execute growth strategies from the ground up. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth hacking strategy focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our healthcare mobile app
  • Collaborate with product, data science, design, and engineering teams to leverage insights and technical capabilities in creating viral growth initiatives
  • Design and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaigns and product features for growth
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling the user base and enhancing user experience
  • Manage and optimize paid media and digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and more
  • Foster partnerships and explore new channels to promote app adoption and user retention
  • Craft compelling narratives around our product and mission to drive organic growth through content marketing, PR, and community engagement
  • Establish and monitor key growth metrics, reporting on performance and adjusting strategies accordingly


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably within the tech or healthcare industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful growth campaigns that have significantly impacted user base and engagement
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and data analysis
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
  • Creative thinker with a test, learn, and iterate mindset
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $141,250. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
