We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager who will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, driving their success within Almedia’s rewarded ecosystem while directly shaping the company’s future revenue and growth.
Lead Strategic Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary advisor for high-stakes accounts, guiding them through campaign setups and sharing data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Optimize Campaign Performance: Monitor key KPIs and use continuous data analysis to ensure sustained client success and high-impact outcomes.
Drive Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for strategic upselling and portfolio expansion, proactively increasing ad spend and ROI for both the client and Almedia.
Solve Complex Challenges: Collaborate with internal BI, Fraud, and UA teams to mitigate risks and resolve technical or performance-related issues swiftly.
Shape Team Strategy: Participate in scaling the Customer Success department by contributing innovative ideas and industry trends to elevate our internal processes.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Chinese is required to support key client relationships.
Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to use data analytics tools and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies and troubleshoot technical integrations.
Industry Experience: A background in digital advertising, gaming, or app industries with a focus on account management or business development.
Communication Mastery: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience with advanced campaign tracking tools and a deep understanding of the Ad-Tech landscape.
