As part of our Growth Team, you'll be challenged daily to find innovative ways to improve our games and maximize player reach. Our team combines creative and analytical thinking to develop effective marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. 

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting P&L analysis and forecasts
• Conducting in-depth campaign analysis to evaluate performance and ROI
• Managing existing user acquisition channels
• Discovering new channel ideas and conducting market channel fit analysis
• Contributing in creative strategies and collaborating with creative team in ad production 
• Sharing your technical knowledge and providing guidance to team members
• Developing automation projects to ease operational processes

Desired skills and experiences

• 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
