Reporting to the Group Risk and Audit Director, you will bring best-practice experience in managing internal audits. As a senior Internal Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to Superbet by providing insight and challenging the effectiveness of the risk, governance, and control environment across the Group. You will be responsible for ensuring the completion of the internal audit plan to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who:

Solid experience in auditing and/or investigation;
A critical thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
An organized individual who can manage multiple priorities at once
An inquisitive mind and one that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
Pragmatism in their approach with the ability to successfully resolve difficult issues and gain buy-in from stakeholders
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (in both English & Romanian)

Bonus points if you have:

Professional qualification in audit (ACA,CIA)
CAFR / ASPAAS qualification

What you'll be doing:

Assist the Group Risk and Audit Director in the delivery of the internal audit plan
Management and delivery of key financial and operational audits
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement(s)
Promote sound internal controls within the global organization
Collaborate with management to develop appropriate action plans and monitor progress
Take ownership of the development, implementation and maintenance of internal audit methodologies to best practice standards
Develop best-in-class internal audit procedures, including the use of data analytics where practical
Deliver quality internal audit reports to key stakeholders
Develop strong relationships within the Superbet Group, across each territory, at the Management and Board level
Collaborate with relevant agencies and legal departments when necessary
Mentors and develops the internal audit team
