<div>We are looking for a Senior IT & Workplace Security Manager to manage IT operations and physical security processes within our Workplace department.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and support operations, while developing and implementing physical security strategies to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment.&nbsp;</div>

<li>Leading IT and physical security teams and ensuring operational excellence</li>

<li>Managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and systems</li>

<li>Ensuring reliable hardware, software, and end-user support across the organization</li>

<li>Managing IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal</li>

<li>Developing, implementing, and updating physical security policies and procedures</li>

<li>Conducting risk assessments and physical security audits</li>

<li>Coordinating with building management to maintain a secure working environment</li>

<li>Following new technologies and integrating them into our company</li>

</br><b>Requirements</b></br>

<li>8+ years of experience in IT operations and physical security management</li>

<li>Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, and VPNs</li>

<li>Experience with access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm, and other physical security systems</li>

<li>Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems</li>

<li>Strong leadership and crisis management skills</li>

<li>Excellent communication skills</li>

<li>Passion and interest in games</li>

<li>Appreciation and understanding of teamwork</li>
