About the role

As our new Senior IT Support engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our colleagues' love for their local IT team continues to grow, using your experience providing advanced technical support and driving the operational work of IT, to ensure the company can optimally focus on its mission: making great games!

You'll focus on our company hardware, software, and network running like well-oiled machines, and will become one of Wooga’s favourite contacts for resolving issues in these areas. The right person for the role must thrive working hands-on, and should love your tech as much as you enjoy working with people!

  • Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software efficiently.
  • Swiftly resolve escalated IT support tickets, aiming for as close as possible to universal satisfaction.
  • Handle day-to-day IT operations.
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Install and manage pre-configured network devices like WiFi access points.
  • Administer local cable/wireless network and handle network patching.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Configure and maintain meeting room video conferencing equipment.

About you:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Mac, and various software/hardware platforms.
  • Experience with Workspace ONE and IAM through Entra ID is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English, German proficiency is a plus.
  • Customer-service focussed with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
