As the Sr. Lead - Agile Creation Developer, you will be the architect for new products & platforms that venture beyond current capabilities.  As a development “Rover”, you must have technical knowledge of vastly different full system development types with the ability to work autonomously on tooling engineering and material development.  You are the “Swiss Army Knife”. You require minimal supervision and your reach, end-to-end, will be broader than any other on the team.  You are highly curious, highly ambitious, and are energized by the fact that your day-to-day is never the same. • Commit to the Unknown: You lead the technical development silhouettes that may never have been done at ON, ensuring that the full system plus every detail translates into a premium experience with the long-term structural integrity expected of a Swiss Engineered product.
• Master Complex Integration: You serve as the primary technical partner to Design, converting high-concept visions into reality.  
• Drive Swiss Ingenuity: You apply a "zero-compromise" mindset to manufacturing, utilizing advanced construction to achieve the clean, minimalist finish that serves as a global benchmark for quality as the most premium sportswear brand.

• The Technical Authority: You have 12+ years of advanced footwear development experience, with a proven track record of launching highly complex, performance-driven products or platforms.
• Resilient Individual Contributor: You have the patience and persistence to navigate the long road. You take full accountability for the technical lifecycle, from initial discovery to the final production sample.
• A Problem Solver by Nature: Ingenuity is at your core. You think differently, challenge the status quo, and find elegance in solving the most difficult construction puzzles while maintaining superior performance.
• The Swiss Army Knife Skillset: Deep, hands-on expertise in advanced tooling engineering, mold design, injection/compression molding processes, and cutting-edge material development.

• The "Rover": Act as an internal consultant and firefighter, stepping into highly complex or "critical condition" projects to course-correct technical execution, tooling engineering, or material development.  Proven resilience and emotional intelligence when leading high-stakes projects under tight deadlines or technical constraints.
• End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the entire development lifecycle for strategic initiatives, oscillating seamlessly from microscopic technical details to macro-level launch strategies and sourcing considerations.
