THE OPPORTUNITY

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Senior Manager of our Client Operations team in Europe. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing operations across key European countries, including Italy, Spain, Germany, and the UK. The successful candidate will also be entrusted with spearheading our new Ecosystem Quality Hub initiative, ensuring a client-centric approach and operational excellence in every aspect of our business.

You will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for managing the European Operations team. Your main mission will be to ensure a seamless experience for clients and promptly resolve any reported or proactively identified issues.

YOUR IMPACT

As the leader of Client Operations for Europe, you will

  • Have a significant impact on shaping our operational strategies across multiple countries 
  • Be in charge of leading our new EQH initiative, where you will be instrumental in guaranteeing a seamless experience for our clients
  • Guarantee the daily performance of processes within SLAs
  • Manage internal stakeholders and use their feedback to improve processes
  • Lead multi-department initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective communication
  • Manage and develop our European Operations team ensuring the maintenance and improvement of our positive work culture and environment

WHO YOU ARE

  • A proven track record of more than 6 years in Operations or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Full proficiency in English 
  • Expertise in process management with the ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Passionate about getting things done on time and guarantees deadlines are met 
  • A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills and a process-oriented mindset
  • Resolute and proactive, with the ability to seek information, solve conceptual problems, gather resources, and deliver results in challenging situations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with several teams
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles

PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
