About This Role

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership Development Programs with experience in transforming current and future leaders. Reporting to our Sr. Director of Talent Management and Development, you will provide thought leadership and build and execute programs that create a measurable impact on leadership performance and engagement while collaborating across the People and Culture function. This individual will develop and lead programs and initiatives to build, scale, and reimagine leadership development at iRhythm. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Help build an inspiring, authentic, and continuously evolving leadership culture at all levels of the organization focused on skills and capabilities needed to drive growth and transformation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build, manage and measure the impact of leadership programs using industry best practices; lead with a digital-first mindset to deliver at scale in a globally dispersed population.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and project manage all aspects of content development and program design, delivery and evaluation to meet the highest levels of learning design.
  • Partner with the wider learning team, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to proactively identify areas where leadership development is required and design and deliver leadership programs and resources to meet those needs.
  • Define metrics, analyze data, and report on the impact of leadership development programs; deliver results to senior leadership and iterate on programs where needed, when necessary.
  • Be a thought leader and strong advocate for learning and development to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Enable leaders to engage and develop their teams by leveraging systems (Workday) and providing guidance, resources and tools to self-serve.
  • Prioritize programs and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage a Learning Design Specialist (dotted-line report) to create content and support learning operations.

About you:

  • You have extensive expertise in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Development with at least 7 years of progressive experience.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, building and iterating on multiple projects at a time. You’re adaptable, resilient, and flexible and are committed to building a culture of constant improvement as a leader.
  • You are an exceptional project manager and program owner. You have end-to-end program management skills from needs assessment, design, development, and facilitation.
  • You’re comfortable influencing at all levels, with strong stakeholder management and experience partnering across People and Business teams. You create close partnerships to stay informed on business priorities, challenges, and needs.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional instructional curriculum design experience, including virtual, blended, and micro learning solutions.

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.


Estimated Pay Range
$142,500$209,100 USD
