SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Manager - Products & Experiences will support marketing for the Products & Experiences department at BSE Global. This role will help grow new businesses in sectors including Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products and will help drive go-to-market campaigns, manage cross-functional deliverables, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a creative and organized marketer who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong interest in launching new brands, products, and experiences. They will report into the VP, Marketing - Products & Experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for Products & Experiences properties (Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Creative, Partnerships, Communications, and Ticketing; as needed, identify and manage external agencies/vendors.
  • Assist in building brand identities, visual assets, and campaign creative in partnership with internal design teams and external resources.
  • Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Partner with digital marketing leads across organic social, paid media, email, and web to drive lead generation, audience engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis to optimize against brand goals, including awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Work with the Data, Analytics & Insights team to evaluate campaign impact, generate audience insights, and conduct competitive/category research to inform strategy.
  • Support budget management by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and contributing to budget planning.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience a plus).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to create clear and compelling decks, briefs, and recaps.
  • Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; experience in managing paid campaigns across META and Google a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to travel on occasions; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Compensation

$90,000 - $110,000 base salary

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, occasional weekends and holidays.
