THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Strategy & Marketing Lead to our Sales Automation team in São Paulo

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Strategy and Marketing Lead to join our team. Reporting directly to Head of Sales Automation and Intelligence, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategies for our automation tool. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong sales acumen, marketing expertise, and leadership skills to drive the success of our campaigns, manage the sales team, and optimize lead generation and conversion through our self-sign up tool.

The new hire will work closely with stakeholders across other teams such as Technology, Data, CX, Operations and Sales. YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop, execute, and monitor sales and marketing strategies to generate and close leads via our self-sign up tool.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase lead generation through both inbound and outbound channels, working closely with direct sales teams and B2B marketing.
  • Design visually appealing email cadences and marketing collateral aligned with brand standards, local language translations and target audience preferences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics including CAC, response rates, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance the customer journey.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create customer journeys and automate campaign workflows, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.
  • Support and manage the sales team in sending out proposals, nurturing leads through the funnel, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to address customer experience issues impacting lead conversion and launching.
  • Collaborate with the PD team to create business cases and drive improvements for new product developments that will help increase conversion.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to drive results and achieve targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, tool integrations, and sales enablement initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with journey creation are highly desirable.
  • A working understanding of Martech processes and tools is highly desired.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, coupled with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams, setting targets, and driving performance.
