The Payments team oversees the full commercial lifecycle of payments customers, being the in-house Payment subject matter experts to support our customers and team members. The Specialists have a wide range of responsibilities, including sales and onboarding, account management, data analysis, and project-based activities.
The Senior Manager, North America Payments Specialists, will lead a team of high-performing Payments Specialists who will 1) Drive go-to-market function of payments by supporting and enabling the Sales team, analyzing customer’s credit card statements, and providing pre-sale rate analysis; 2) Attach and onboard customers to payments and financial services in the SMB/MM segments; 3) Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to manage portfolio of customers to drive Payments adoption/usage and optimize revenue, negotiating rates directly with customers; 4) Participate in and manage cross-functional projects related to payments.
The Senior Manager will 1) Be the escalation point for customers and team members; 2) Be the liaison with cross-departmental management and support payments enablement; 3) Develop and manage projects to improve processes and product development; 4) Manage, develop, and hire team members to ensure high level of excellence in team performance and job satisfaction; 5) Be the primary contact for our payments partners for daily business needs related to their team responsibilities.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $122,000 to $152,500. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
