Scale wins and learnings quickly by tightening the feedback loop between paid search strategy (account structure rebuild and bidding approach) and automation engineering
Accelerate collaboration between teams (e.g., SEM team and R&D) by embedding myself within each team’s workflows and leading discussion in public channels
Formulate a clear roadmap for the SEM program, with clear timelines as well as learning objectives for each team member
Stay abreast of any new ways of using SEM or even new search usages (e.g. AI Max; Open AI)
Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement in the team and with SEM partners
What you have
7+ years of working experience, with at least 2+ years in SEM specifically
2+ years experience in people management
Analytical or scientific background, comfortable self servicing your reports and analyzing data directly
Adaptability: can adjust your ways of working as new tools & methods become available. The SEM team is in the middle of a complete revamp where ways of working are completely different than just a year ago
