WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH • Partner with other local and global engineering leaders to ensure aligned goals and outcomes. • Work with product management to understand business requirements and prioritize outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-domain engineers and integration partners to deliver coordinated solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams across multiple time zones and regions • Engage vendors to drive system fixes and influence roadmaps/ideas Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 8–9 years of directly relevant experience • 5+ year’s experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Workforce Central (WFC), or ADP eTime. • 3+ years experience with Workday HCM • 3+ years Experience leading configuration engineering teams (configuration, integrations, reporting, and release readiness) supporting UKG Pro for Time and Workday across HR domains such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent. • • Strong experience in Time & Absence / Attendance configuration, including experience with UKG platforms (e.g., UKG Pro) • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an agile environment and operate effectively with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow At NIKE, Inc. we promise to provide a premium, inclusive, compelling and authentic candidate experience.
