About This Role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Alignment and Prioritization will play a critical role in the development, prioritization, and alignment of strategic initiatives across the global commercial organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Commercial Strategy, this position will drive strategic coherence and operational effectiveness to ensure that our commercial efforts align with iRhythm's overall business goals and objectives. The successful candidate must possess a motivational and collaborative leadership style with a track-record for building cross-functional partnerships. The successful candidate must have solid business and commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and make sound business recommendations.

This newly created position provides an exciting opportunity to implement and lead all aspects of our commercial strategy, building and executing on the strategic vision, and working with Commercial Senior Leadership to develop plans that enable attainment of the company’s growth targets.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the identification and assessment of strategic initiatives across the commercial organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels to disseminate strategic priorities and updates, ensuring understanding and engagement throughout the organization.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Foster collaboration and partnership with various functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to drive priority alignment and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
• Provide intel, insights and recommendations to enable forward-thinking strategies and data-driven decisions as part of iRhythm’s commercial strategic plan
• Offer expertise and counsel, through learnings, to senior leadership regarding strategies to develop and drive market utilization of Zio.
• Perform SWOT analysis: Assess the key strategic challenges and opportunities of the overall business, lead the insight generation process for determining the impact of these on the business, and deliver recommendations to leadership on best course of action in response.
•  Work closely with commercial leadership to refine and adjust solutions and insights work as the needs of the IRTC business evolve.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business preferred
• 12+ years of professional experience overall
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience in sales, strategy, and market analysis.
• Excellent critical thinking, project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Effective listener and communicator, able to identify key concepts and organize information across a broad range of topics, convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in materials.
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence upper levels of management
• Broad functional experience in the fundamentals of market and competitive intelligence, market research, market modeling and value proposition creation
• Organized and methodical, with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Proven ability in facilitating cross functional teams and managing through significant ambiguity and complexity.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, self-directed, team player with a ‘results-driven’ mindset and who demonstrates agility to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
• Not afraid to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and work with details as well as the big picture.

Travel:

• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
