The Role
Are you a marketing powerhouse with a passion for running and the sports industry? We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Partnerships & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive impactful initiatives across Let’s Do This’s marketing channels and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Help define and grow the Let’s Do This brand, working with the Head of Brand and other senior stakeholders to deliver various elements of the brand marketing strategy, including owned channels (email, social, website, run club) and paid channels (OOH, PR etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with brand partners, ensuring alignment with their objectives and our brand story.
- Manage and nurture relationships with brand partners, exceeding expectations and driving mutual success.
- Craft compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience and achieve key metrics like engagement and conversion.
- Own the planning and executions of engaging email and social media content, fostering community and brand awareness
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, etc.) to develop fresh, high-quality content that informs, inspires, and activates our audience.
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential brand partnerships, assessing fit and potential ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to optimise engagement and achieve objectives.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables meet the highest brand standards and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.
About you
- 4-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, (sports or agency experience a big plus).
- Proven track record of success in managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including email marketing, website optimization, and social media marketing.
- Experience developing and nurturing brand partnerships to mutual benefit.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- A genuine enthusiasm for running and the sports industry, with a deep understanding of current trends and athletes.
Bonus points:
- Experience in content creation (writing, editing, graphic design)
- Passion for sports and running industry
- Strong analytics skills and experience with marketing dashboards.
- Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns
