THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing Campaigns who can help build strategies and drive end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and engagement of FloSports subscribers. Your role will be to build and execute a GTM campaign strategy for our sports events, in partnership with growth, lifecycle, content, product marketing and other internal teams. Leveraging your subject matter expertise of current digital streaming and subscription trends, brand positioning, channel marketing insights, and campaign optimization tactics, you will make solid data-driven decisions to build more effective marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing best practices and thrive in campaign and funnel analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and drive key inputs to yearly, season-long, monthly, and ad hoc campaigns from strategy to briefing, planning, executing, and review.
Steward the brand look, feel, and tone to ensure all marketing creative lives up to the highest quality of brand standards.
Partner closely with growth, lifecycle, and product marketers to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of marketing programs and campaigns across email, web, app, advertising, and other paid and organic channels.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to collaborate on and execute initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement of FloSports subscribers.
Apply consumer insights to campaign approach to deliver impactful messaging & channel executions.
Measure, analyze, and report event campaign performance and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign performance briefs to marketing leadership.
Report and provide insights into campaign performance and customer journey progress.
Help expand the integrated marketing toolkit through the development of innovative campaign marketing tactics.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
7+ years in a digital marketing or brand/content marketing role, managing B2C digital marketing campaigns
Experience leading B2C campaign strategy and execution, or brand strategy with internal partners
Demonstrated experience with A/B testing in two or more marketing channels (Email, Push, Display, Partner, Social), including understanding of channel best practices
Data-driven, with a passion for metrics
Experience using advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
Strong program management and communication skills
Creative with an eye for brand and design, and able to work effectively with creative teams
Able to work in a fast-paced, tech environment with high autonomy
