Williams Racing is seeking a Senior Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects that drive our performance on and off the track. This role is tailor-made for someone with extensive experience managing M&E projects and highly complex technical facilities—think laboratories, engineering hubs, and high-spec automotive production environments.

What You’ll Be Driving

  • Project Management: Lead and manage M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of M&E engineers, contractors, and other project team members. 
  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and specifications. 
  • Contract Management: Oversee the procurement and management of M&E contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. 
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications. 
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and best practices. 
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including team members, contractors, and senior management. 
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
