Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our GDS Operations Team NL. This role requires strong analytical skills, media industry knowledge, and the ability to support various aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, quick to learn, and eager to take on additional responsibilities.This is a part-time, hybrid position and requires working in night shifts a few times. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in verifying and validating TV and radio data

• Work closely together with the external BPO Vendor 

• Collaborate effectively with team members and managers
• Provide backup support to team leaders and managers as needed

• Perform accurate scanning activities for 3-4 hours per week
• Learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
 

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of TV and radio media landscapes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous roles
• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed. Working in night shifts sometimes when required. 

• Adaptive in a changed work environment, demonstrating resilience and the willingness to move forward with the company and the team in the transformed capacity.
