● Design and implement a highly performant and scalable user experience for the Fulfillment Center using modern front-end technologies.● Develop and maintain reusable UI components and a robust design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.● Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions related to the front-end stack.● Drive best practices in front-end development, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization.● Mentor and guide junior engineers on front-end development principles and best practices.● Collaborate with back-end engineers to define and integrate with APIs.● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.● Contribute to technical documentation and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

**Qualifications**

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● 5-8 years of professional experience in front-end software development.● Strong, hands-on proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js, with expertise in Redux/Redux Toolkit and TypeScript.● Extensive experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and performance optimization techniques.● Solid understanding of API integration with RESTful and/or GraphQL services.● Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.● Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.● Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering high-quality results.● Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
