We're looking for a tech-savvy, security-conscious, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Network & Security Systems Administrator. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing our network infrastructure and security to administering and maintaining critical financial systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

Network Administration:

Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and access points.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues.
Plan and execute network configuration changes and upgrades
Configure, manage, and maintain network security policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain network security solutions, including intrusion detection and prevention systems.
Plan system backup and recovery protocols
Stay up-to-date on the latest network security threats and vulnerabilities.

Security Administration:

Manage user accounts and access controls.
Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
Conduct security audits and assessments of network and physical assets
Respond to security incidents and breaches.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security best practices.

Financial Systems Administration:

Administer and maintain NetSuite, Bill.com, and Concur.
Manage access during onboarding and offboarding
Develop and implement financial system automation scripts.
Train users on new financial systems and features.

Server Configuration:

Configure and manage physical and virtual servers.
Install and maintain operating systems and applications.
Patch and update servers to ensure security and performance.

SaaS Administration:

Administer and configure SaaS applications, such as Slack, Google Workspace, BetterCloud, GCP, AWS, Jamf, and ABM.
Develop and implement integrations between SaaS applications.
Train users on new SaaS applications and features.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a network and security administrator.
Strong understanding of networking & security concepts and best practices.
Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite, Bill.com, and Concur.
Experience with server configuration and management.
Experience with SaaS application administration and configuration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project management skills and experience.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
