What We Need:

2K Shared Development Studios (SDS) is looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across its global, multi-disciplinary team. This role is a key driver of process improvement and operational efficiency leading cross-functional projects and central resource management to achieve operational objectives across SDS teams. We are looking for someone who is diligent to detail, strives to optimize and develop processes, and a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with key SDS team members to identify operational challenges and employ optimizations to business processes and procedures
  • Drive central resource management for SDS by taking ownership of the resource management platform and ensuring its functionality and growth to meet team needs
  • Lead collaboration with partner teams on resource management
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance metrics across SDS
  • Lead timely flow of information, visibility of information, and process documentation and standardization across SDS

What Will Make You A Great Fit:

  • 6-8 years of direct experience in Operations Management
  • Education in Business, Operations Management, Project Management or other related field
  • Experience in reporting/BI tools and advanced knowledge of Office Suite
  • Experience and proficiency in Resource Management within an organization
  • Outstanding and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail
  • Scrum or PMI Certifications (PMP, ACP, CSM, etc.) an asset
  • Able to understand and analyze financial data an asset
  • Hands-on experience in product and project management techniques and methodologies
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relations and connect with people at all levels

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $114 000.00 and $169 000.00  per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.   Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
