The Senior Partnerships Manager plays a key role in driving our business expansion through account leadership, partner development, platform optimization and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading key partner platform relations, managing account-related processes and programs, and being an organizational expert in operational excellence to support the growth and market presence of Kabam globally.
In this role, you can expect to be responsible for:Account ManagementLead account relations as the primary point of contact to Kabam’s platform partners (App Store, Google Play, Steam, etc), develop and execute on strategies to maximize Kabam’s revenue and downloads on each storefrontLead Kabam-wide development of best practices and programs on each platform, working closely with platform partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvementSupport platform publishing business activities internally and inform performance cross-functionally while collaborating closely with game teams, marketing, and operations across all of Kabam’s global studios.Lead onboarding and internal education of new platforms as needed
ASO (App Store Optimization) ManagementLead cross-functionally with senior marketing professionals to develop and implement ASO & SEO strategies to enhance app store & search visibility and rankingsMonitor and analyze ASO KPIs and performance metricsUtilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to ASO strategies
Operations ManagementLead cross-functional programs and teams to ensure operational excellence on all partner platforms, maximizing title opportunitiesLead execution on platform activations from identifying candidate beats to postmortem analysisDevelop and manage repeatable processes, documentation and internal communication best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure process efficiency on platforms organization-wide
KPI and Performance ModelingLeverage partner and internal data to develop and maintain performance models to assess potential strategic partnerships and opportunitiesCollaborate with analytics teams to develop analysis and modeling to identify and evaluate the value and potential ROI of these opportunities on the businessIdentify, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track the performance of completed projects and communicate the results to stakeholders and make actionable recommendations to senior leadershipTo be successful in this role, your background includes:8+ years of experience in similar capacity, including account management, project management, business development, marketing, publishing or operations. Backgrounds in strategy consulting, investment banking or corporate development are welcomeExperience building, socializing and maintaining cross-functional processes with clear RACIs and KPIs for success Knowledge of statistical and fiscal modeling using Excel and similar tools to drive data-driven decision makingExperience building, reviewing, and analyzing performance and user behavior modelsExceptional operational, strategic, analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate at all organization levelsAn understanding of the games platform ecosystem including mobile, PC and console platforms as well as payment providers, carriers, and OEMsA research-driven mindset that’s anchored in curiosity and balanced with excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to work with all stakeholders at leadership and executive levelsAn action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to work with a desire to succeed in a high-pressure, complex, and highly-matrixed environmentExcited by this opportunity?
