If you have experience in HR and payroll and want to further develop in this area, are fluent in English, and enjoy daily contact with people, we would love to talk to you! Your main tasks will include:

• Preparing and calculating payrolls for various forms of employment (e.g., employment contracts, contracts of mandate, contracts for specific work).
• Timely handling of public-law settlements – ZUS, PIT, PFRON.
• Cooperating with the accounting and finance department regarding the flow of funds related to salaries and their proper accounting.
• Preparing required reports for GUS.
• Close cooperation within the HR and payroll department structure, including substituting for another person in the specified scope during their absence.
• Working based on the Enova system – HR and payroll module.
