Responsibilities

1. People Business Partnership. Serve as the People Business Partner for the intended department, partnering with leaders to improve retention, reduce regrettable attrition, and proactively address people-related risks through data-informed interventions.
2. Performance & Talent Programs. Own and execute the end-to-end performance management lifecycle for the assigned department, including 30/90-day reviews, annual performance cycles, and talent planning actions.
3. Leader Enablement & Coaching. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, coaching on performance, engagement, employee experience, and effective people decision-making.
4. Employee Lifecycle Support. Lead onboarding, off-boarding, and day-to-day people needs for the intended department, operating as a hands-on individual contributor closely aligned with business leadership.
5. People Operations & Process Improvement. Lead and contribute to People Operations initiatives by improving processes, scaling programs, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, impact, and cost effectiveness.

1. HR Business Partnership. Strong foundation in performance management, talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health within fast-scaling environments.
2. Influence & Stakeholder Management. Ability to build credibility with leaders, provide constructive challenges, coach through change, and partner effectively across functions.
3. Program Design & Execution. Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale people programs (performance, engagement, retention) with a strong focus on data, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
4. Organizational design and change leadership: Comfortable operating hands-on when needed, balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor, and driving sustainable transformation at speed.

Experience 

1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent education and work experience.
2. Minimum 12 years in People / HR roles, including 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience.
3. Proved experience partnering with senior leaders (VP+) to influence decisions in a matrixed, high-ambiguity, high-growth environment.
4. Hands-on experience supporting technical teams, owning end-to-end performance management, including onboarding/off-boarding and day-to-day people operations.
