We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Partner to help scale our people infrastructure to support our growth here @ Almedia. Fluent German and English required for this role.

You Will:

Build and optimise onboarding and off boarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions and high retention.
Increase employee engagement through tailored initiatives that boost productivity and reduce turnover.
Refine performance management and talent development programs that foster growth and career progression.
Ensure 100% compliance with employment laws, proactively mitigating risks through updated policies and training.
Provide leadership with data-driven insights and analytics to inform strategic business decisions.

You Have:

Expertise in People/HR operations, with a proven track record of scaling people systems in a high-growth environment in Germany.
Strong understanding of German employment laws
Experience managing organisational change and guiding teams through rapid scaling.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate with leadership and teams across departments.
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to develop innovative, scalable solutions for people operations.
Fluency in German and English.
