We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior People Specialist to join Intellect. Lead and support the People Operational tasks at Asia’s leading and fastest-growing mental healthcare company. You will be focusing primarily on HR operational tasks. The goal is to establish strong and centralised core people processes and operational excellence in order to increase efficiency for both employees and the business. In addition, you will also contribute and facilitate our global HR strategic initiatives.

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operational and administrative tasks
  • Act as HR Advisor and provide support or guidance to employees and managers
  • Drive consistent and uninterrupted People Operations from a business continuity perspective
  • Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees
  • Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
  • Conduct touch point meetings such as stay interview, exit interviews, and 1st-month new starter check-ins
  • Support and facilitate other HR strategic projects including performance review, learning sessions and engagement initiatives
  • Address and resolve Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) issues
  • Manage conflict resolution processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledgeable with regulatory and reporting compliance (across diverse APAC region)
  • Proven track record managing HRIS, with a preference for exposure and direct involvement in an HRIS change/implementation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
  • Demonstrate expertise in people operations
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations
  • Proven experience in handling ER and IR issues
  • Proficient in utilising and/or implementing HR systems or processes to streamline operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving (solutions-orientation) abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience in a fast growing / scale-up / start-up companies
