You’ll work across Finance, Legal, Operations, Sports Marketing, and LatAm/APLA functional leaders, aligning marketplace plans and execution across channels and key Sport Dimensions while strengthening senior relationships with distributor leadership. You’ll set clarity on priorities, track performance through KPIs, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver the marketplace plan. Provide leadership and strategic guidance to enhance distributor-led business operations across the Andean Region. Drive and support execution of strategic plans, Nike initiatives, and playbooks for the integrated marketplace. Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure distributor compliance with Nike guidelines and brand strategies across channels.
• Partner with the CaSA GM to set strategic direction, deliver financial and consumer goals, and represent the region in key decisions.
• Lead the distributor AOP process, negotiate impacts to distribution plans, and ensure alignment with CaSA strategy. Establish and communicate clear KPIs: track progress, identify opportunities, and share insights on consumer trends and needs.
