WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Nike Kids Marketplace Director (SMD) will lead a squad across Merchandising and Marketing to deliver commercial results and shape the Marketplace in service of Consumers and our Customers. The Nike Kids SMD sits on the Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) Kids
The ideal candidate is a people leader that can foster effective teamwork and motivate through influence. They can provide clarity to teams locally while communicating the needs of the territory with teams at APLA HQ. A strong commercial background with a proven history of driving results across Retail, Sales, Merchandising and/or Marketing. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyse and synthesize consumer and marketplace data to share across teams. A strategic thinker and a doer: someone who can zoom out and connect dots across teams, while rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Passion and knowledge for Sport, Retail, and the Kids business, including the appetite to manage a diverse portfolio of consumer needs and products across ages, stages, and sports.
