Barstool Chicago Senior Producer, Live and Remote Productions

Barstool Sports is seeking a Senior Producer focused on our live and digital productions, including but not limited to, gambling live streams on location, athletic competitions, draft-style videos, and more. They should have experience directing, editing, and shooting to better help compliment leading productions from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

Oversee content creation, talent management, sponsorship execution, graphics, and pre to post-production process.
Oversee the live-stream brand by constantly monitoring and improving live production, digital distribution, and social media execution.
Ensure efficient workflows are in place and consistently being utilized. This includes scheduling production meetings, formatting show rundowns, segment ideations, post-mortem, etc.
Create and maintain strategic partnerships with other key stakeholders within the company including sales, merch, ads, social, marketing, etc.
Pay attention to content consumption and be attentive to new trends to continuously capitalize on opportunities within the digital space.
Assess technical needs, crewing, and resources for current and upcoming projects within your vertical.
Analyze ongoing content performance and value, taking into account quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience building a social following and familiarity with brand strategy
Experience with Sony FX3, FX6, and Canon Cameras is a plus

What you have:

Minimum 7+ years experience.
Strong leadership skills, management experience and problem solving abilities.
Background in producing, shooting and editing content for digital platforms.
Knowledge about Barstool Sports and our content.
Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must.
An up-to-date production reel showcasing your work.

Salary Range $100,000-$120,000
