THE POSITION

 We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of the CPE Account team delivering game changing experiences and produce best-in-class products. With a passion for leading and developing others, you will manage a team of Product OwnersThrough a combination of coaching and mentoring, will you nurture the very best from the people around you. It will be essential you build relationships across Marketing, Operations, Technology and Commercial and will be responsible for the planning, prioritization, and execution of successful products. This would include understanding and prioritizing product, customer, and stakeholder needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring solutions to market.

THE GAME PLAN
 Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Identify, shape, and ensure execution of new products and product initiatives 
  • Mentor, coach and develop direct team to become strong Product owners, whilst also bringing a customer first mindset to other parts of the organization as required 
  • Assess product opportunities and contribute meaningfully to vision, strategy, and prioritization of new initiatives and products 
  • Communicate the product priorities across the wider teams and senior stakeholders ensuring the required buy-in across the group 
  • Lead and drive OKR-driven lean discovery and deliver best practice alongside technology, commercial and UX counterparts 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, content, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches 
  • Monitor product performance and ensure that the product roadmap delivers measurable and meaningful business and customer impacts with an ability to deliver both strategic and tactical initiatives 
  • Instill a growth mindset that goes beyond the limits of our competitors and the industry, finding new and innovative ways to entertain the customer 
  • Instill a culture of domain expertise within the team on the product, market, and competitors 
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements 
  • Establish, track and report objectively on product performance metrics 

THE STATS
What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital Product Management or similar role required 
  • Experience in managing/mentoring Product Owners and/or Product Managers 
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products, 
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality 
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority 
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables 
  • Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
