Your Role

As Senior Product Manager – AI Special Projects, you’ll lead a cross-functional R&D team focused on building innovative, AI-first products within Midnite’s sports betting and casino ecosystem.

This is a hands-on product leadership role exploring how AI can be used to unlock new customer experiences, automate internal processes, and enhance platform intelligence. From personalisation to content generation and smarter trading tools, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI experimentation strategy—owning projects from ideation through to launch and iteration.

You’ll need strong technical fluency, a deep curiosity for what’s possible with AI, and a bias for shipping quickly and learning fast.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the discovery, development, and delivery of new AI-powered features and tools across Midnite’s sportsbook, casino, and studio products
• Work closely with machine learning engineers, designers, and data scientists to bring ideas to life
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and user feedback loops for experimental AI applications
• Create a roadmap for AI use cases, prioritising high-impact bets with clear technical feasibility
• Collaborate with operations, trading, marketing, and customer support to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Drive validation efforts through prototyping, A/B testing, and user research
• Stay informed about the evolving AI product landscape, and actively bring forward emerging concepts and tools

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in AI/ML-focused teams or R&D environments
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, even if you're not an engineer
• Track record of delivering consumer-facing features or internal tools powered by AI
• Curious mindset and ability to translate complex technical ideas into valuable user experiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguity—able to define and scope initiatives where paths aren’t yet paved
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product organisation
