Join our ambitious team as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll shape the future of our free-to-play (F2P) casual mobile games like Good Pizza, Great Pizza (300 million downloads). We are looking for you to lead product strategy for our live games, improve game metrics, refine UX flows, and design balanced, player-friendly economies that drive long-term retention and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, player-centric, and deeply experienced in F2P mobile games.
OBJECTIVES
Define and execute product strategy to improve retention (D1/D7/D30), engagement, and monetization (ARPDAU, LTV, conversion).
Own the game’s core and meta-economy—currency flows, sinks/sources, progression systems, and difficulty curves.
Model economy changes, forecast player and revenue impact, and partner with gas design to build systems that feel rewarding and fair.
Translate analytics into clear recommendations for game design and engineering.
Work with community managers to understand sentiment, complaints, and usability friction points.
Balance business goals with player experience—ensuring monetization is fair, fun, and aligned with our brand values.
COMPETENCIES
Strong expertise in F2P mobile games, particularly casual gaming genres.
Deep understanding of game design, economy balancing, and monetization practices.
Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Proven leadership and organizational skills for managing product lifecycles from conception through execution.
Intuitive understanding of UI/UX for game design (strongly preferred).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years in product management within the F2P mobile gaming industry.
Proven track record improving KPIs through product iteration and A/B testing.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Game Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work;
Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer.
The range for this role is $130,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
