Healthline, the leading source of health and wellness information, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to transform our search content experience and global UX. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a robust background in consumer product management and a strong design sensibility, who is energized by the challenge and opportunity to redesign our site. In this role, you will own strategic initiatives focused on dramatically improving organic search performance, deepening user engagement, growing user registration rates, and evolving our site into a seamless user experience that supports users on their health journeys.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health is prioritizing hiring employees to work from our Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. However, this role is also open remotely. 

What You’ll Do

  • Role Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to help lead the discovery, development and optimization of our new, authenticated Healthline website experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Testing and Research
      • Value Proposition Testing: Design and execute tests for different value propositions and feature sets to determine user desirability.
      • User Research: Partner with our UXR team to conduct user research and analyze data to gather insights and inform decision-making.
    • Product Strategy
      • Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features based on user desirability, technical feasibility, expected speed to impact on authenticated user growth and loyalty KPIs, and alignment with Healthline's vision and overall business strategy.
      • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives and user needs.
    • Product Delivery
      • Feature Development: Own the build and implementation of winning features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
      • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data, to ensure successful product testing, development and launches.
    Product Analysis:
      • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
    Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally focusing on user engagement, SEO, organic growth, and/or UX at a content-driven and/or user-centric company.
    • Proven track record of driving meaningful improvements in organic search performance and user experience.
  • Skills:
    • Experience with SEO testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
    • ​​Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and technical optimization.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), UX/UI principles.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.
    • Passion for digital health and a user-first approach to product development
  • Knowledge:
    • Interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
