We are looking for
A product manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to take next-level ownership over key areas of Freecash. In this role, you will make product changes on Freecash to drive impact for our mobile gaming partners and beyond.
What you’ll do
Own and drive the roadmap of your team aligned with our business goals.
Discover key opportunities and execute on them.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Deeply understand user and business problems to create impactful solutions.
Leverage data tools such as Amplitude, Hex and Looker to make data-driven decisions.
Take on increasing ownership as you demonstrate success, with opportunities to shape strategy and influence key business decisions in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
What you'll bring
You have strong communication and leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data teams, designers, and business development, to drive alignment and results.
You have a data-driven mindset: A solid background in data with hands-on experience leading and collaborating on data-focused initiatives.
You are hypothesis-driven: Capable of independently testing ideas and working with developers & data to create features that align with our goals & strategy.
End-to-end ownership: The roadmap, the initiatives, the metrics, the outcomes, … you own it all.
You have excellent execution skills: Ability to execute initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring the right trade-offs between time and effort, and alignment with our goals.
You have domain knowledge: Experience in the mobile gaming and/or advertising industry (b2c).
A track record of impact: Demonstrated success in delivering products in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong bias for action
