THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager in our CIA Focus Area (Growth), Subscription Boosters team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. 

The Growth Team is a cross-functional, data-driven squad dedicated to accelerating subscriber growth by optimizing the top-of-funnel (Acquisition and Activation) experience for our target audience: HR and People Operations professionals. The ultimate goal of the Subscription Boosters squad is to increase client revenue and subscription growth by ensuring HR personas quickly find and adopt the communication tools we offer to engage their employees.

We operate at the nexus of the Client (HR persona) and the User experience, collaborating on the day-to-day with Engineering, Product design, UX writing, Product Marketing, and Data Science, applying a disciplined, experimental approach (mostly through A/B testing) to unlock scalable growth. 

The ideal person is someone passionate about subscriber growth, possesses strong analytical skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to rapidly test and learn to optimize our acquisition strategies.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Continuously test your hypotheses through A/B testing and push forward a data-driven decision process
  • Be the owner of your product journey
  • Build a strong relationship with stakeholders
  • Be close to clients/users and have a deep knowledge of our main personas
  • Guarantee requirements are met when delivering the product, through very close collaboration with the design and engineering team
  • Manage roadmap implementation across multiple departments and areas
  • Create consensus and get buy-in from more senior stakeholders by presenting findings and recommendations to leadership, effectively communicating the impact of acquisition strategies on key business metrics
  • Develop product strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

Who You Are

  • Experience in product management, with relevant deliveries under the belt,  ideally in a B2C or B2B2C digital product environment
  • Experience with A/B testing best practices and tooling
  • Great product analytical skills (Identify a funnel, understand large datasets, create a storytelling powered by data, generate actionable insights)
  • Being comfortable with a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
  • Being comfortable with changing priorities and a dynamic atmosphere
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and business teams
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Good writing skills, as well as good storytelling during presentations
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Able to write and communicate in English fluently

Desired:

  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Previous experience with communication tools / channels / products (email marketing, SMS, Push notifications); Sendgrid / Braze / Other
