<div><span style="font-size: 11pt;">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to help us create our portfolio of customer driven, compelling Software as a Service products and solutions.

This role involves leading the product development process from initial concept and ideation through to implementation and post-launch optimization.&nbsp;The Senior Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our SaaS products meet market needs and drive business growth.</span></div></br><b>Duties/

</b></br><li>Create product visions, define and execute strategy, and roadmap for Pison’s SaaS and hardware offerings.</li><li>Conduct market research, analyze competition and gather insights to identify opportunities.</li><li>Design and prioritizes product features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.</li><li>Validate Product assumption with early stage customer engagement and refine product concepts based on market feedback.</li><li>Develops and maintains buyer personas and customer journey maps.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain Pison’s competitive edge.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.</li><li>Engages with stakeholders to share the product strategy and align with business objectives.</li><li>Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market opportunities, business goals and customer needs.</li><li>Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.</li><li>Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration.</li><li>Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize product outcomes.</li><li>Represents the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product development process.</li></br><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b></br><li>Strong understanding of SaaS and hardware product development, with experience in both areas.</li><li>Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Experience with neural interface technologies, AI, data sets, and IoT applications is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.</li></br>
