Let's start with the role

As a Senior Product Owner in the Virtuals & Lotto Products team at Kaizen Gaming, you will drive the vision and development of our virtual sports and lotto products. Using agile best practices, you will lead the development and integration of new content, enhance user experience, and support the product journey from conception to launch.

As a Senior Product Owner you will:

Lead one or more Scrum teams as the Product Owner.
Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Virtuals & Lotto Products.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and data science, to deliver high-quality product features.
Integrate new content and features into the virtual sports and lotto products to keep them fresh and engaging.
Enhance the user experience by implementing user-centered design principles and continuous improvement practices.
Support the product development lifecycle from 0 to 1, from initial concept through to market launch and beyond.
Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, revenue, and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

What you will bring

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
Experience with new content integration and user experience improvements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
