ABOUT THE ROLE 

Peloton’s Content Department is a highly collaborative, fast-moving department, comprised of our Programming, Music, Production, Studio Operations and Instructor teams. We work together to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. 

We are looking for an individual contributor to join our Global Production Scheduling team in New York. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in supporting our US team in overseeing the content and resource scheduling for all of Peloton's New York-based production facilities and live production operations. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient coordination of our diverse production activities. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • Help in creating and sharing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. 
  • Keep departmental trackers and calendars current. 
  • Assist with managing schedules for specialty content and studio requests.
    • Support the US manager by: Updating daily crew schedules and call sheets.
    • Scheduling internal studio requests and specialty content.
    • Coordinate with studio teams to share studio schedules and allocate crew accordingly.
  • Prepare documents for meetings, including agendas and Google slide presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Production Scheduling team and a complex internal stakeholder group to manage studio resources and meet content needs. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a production environment, preferably live broadcast.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced production environment. 
  • Keen business sense with problem solving skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.

The actual rate of pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
