Join the EMEA Nike Retail Experiences Services team and be an integral part of a cross functional team that delivers a brand defining portfolio of services (Nike By You, Jersey by You & NSRL Form) that create must visit appeal at scale. These services increase consumer reach and impact, amplify brand moments and drive consistency, quality and profitability. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH In this role, you will partner closely with a diverse network of stakeholders across Global, GEO, and City teams to bring Signature Services to life at scale. Key cross-functional partners include Signature Services, Retail Store Operations, Brand Creative, Retail Brand, Retail Experiences, Digital Marketing, Content Operations, Merchandising and Nike Store Teams.

You will also manage relationships with external agencies and production partners to ensure consistent and premium consumer-facing experiences & journeys. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced and consumer-obsessed Senior Professional to help drive, scale, and grow the integrated retail marketing strategy across Nike's portfolio of Signature Services, including Nike By You, Jersey By You, and NSRL Form. You are a proactive self-starter who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them. You have a deep understanding of modern consumer behavior and passionate about creating premium retail experiences and journeys that inspire and engage consumers across multiple channels. In this role you deliver on a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative problem-solving. You bring a consumer-first mindset, possess a strong appreciation for both digital and physical retail ecosystems, and understand how to leverage storytelling, marketing, and our signature services to drive business impact. You thrive in fast paced, cross-functional environments and are comfortable aligning stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizational levels. You have : Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and consumer journey mapping. Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple markets and cross-functional teams.
