WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON You will lead and support the development and execution of in-country IRM plans aligned to seasonal priorities, ensuring a seamless connection between Brand, Product, and Marketplace.
Create: Translate brand direction into IRM plans; develop retail marketing plans grounded in consumer insights and commercial objectives. Ownership: Execute seasonal activation plans; manage forecasting, tracking and optimization; ensure delivery of results. Partnership: Build strong internal and external relationships; align with Marketing, Sales and Global teams.
