Scopely is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Studio Operations to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona, on a hybrid basis.    

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.

As a Senior Project Manager, Studio Operations, you will be at the heart of our Barcelona hub, shaping how we work, connect, and grow together. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic — someone who can design and execute large-scale projects, while also ensuring the day-to-day experience of our team is exceptional.

What You Will Do

Culture & Community

• Drive a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive culture in our hub and across our global teams
  
  
• Lead the design and delivery of team experiences — from small local events to our annual May offsite
  
  
• Foster connections and engagement that make Monopoly GO! one of the best places to work in gaming

Hub Leadership

• Partner with the local facilities team to ensure our office hub is a vibrant, efficient, and a welcoming space
  
  
• Own initiatives that make the Barcelona hub a space where creativity and teamwork thrive
  
  
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and guide teams through fast-paced changes
  
  

Process & Data Excellence

• Use data to identify opportunities, gather insights, improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
  
  
• Own strategy, planning, and execution of these initiatives from start to finish.
  
  
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence, bringing clarity and structure to complex or uncertain situations.

Cross-Company Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between Monopoly GO! and key Scopely departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, People, Facilities)
  
  
• Accelerate cross-functional projects, remove blockers, and streamline operations for the team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Operations, BizOps, Project/Program Management, or related fields
  
  
• Proven experience leading teams, large-scale events, or culture-building initiatives
  
  
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with influence across functions and levels
  
  
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  
  
• A passion for gaming and creating world-class employee experiences is a big plus
